Osho about Change: The Greatest Challenge: The Golden Future

Osho (Rajneesh), the famous mystic rebel of the twentieth century, about change: “The Greatest Challenge: The Golden Future”: “My message to humanity is: Enough is enough. Awake! See what man has done to the man himself. In three thousand years man has fought five thousand wars. You cannot call this humanity healthy.

And only once in a while has a Buddha bloomed. If in the garden only once in a while a plant brings a flower, and otherwise the whole garden remains without flowers, will you call it a garden? Something very basic has gone wrong. Each person is born to be a Buddha: less than that is not going to fulfill you. I declare to you your Buddhahood.”

Let’s be honest – nobody really likes change, unless it doesn’t concern us personally. Dreaming, talking about it – one thing, changing something in a practical way – totally different. We, humans, are creatures of habits. Any change (even a really positive one) usually comes with stress, anxiety and all kinds of inconveniences.  However, it is the only way to progress, growth and a bright future for humanity.

You will probably not agree with everything Osho said about the change in “The Greatest Challenge: The Golden Future” , but it will definitely make you think. Topics that he explores in the First Part of the book: “Do We Have a Future?“; “Interdependence Is Our Reality“; “Nations Are Out of Date“; “Priests and Politicians – the Ancient Conspiracy” and much more.

In Part II Osho speaks about his vision for a new humanity:”Preparing People for Power“; “Meditation – the Way to Change“; “Science Serving Creativity“; “Birth Control and Genetic Engineering”Families Are Out of Date“; “Education: Forward to the Real Basics“; “Revenge or Understanding: The Rule of Law or of Love“; “Making Humanity Happy“…
